Quantum Mechanics

Quantum mechanics is the fundamental theory in physics that describes the behavior of nature at the scale of atoms and subatomic particles. It is based on the principles that matter and energy exist in discrete units called quanta, and that particles can exhibit both wave-like and particle-like properties (wave-particle duality).
